To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, carry out work you instruct, and honour the guarantee afterwards. Guarantee records are kept for the length of the guarantee, because we cannot honour a 20 year guarantee without a record of the job.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except where it is necessary to do the work — for example a scaffold contractor needing the site address, or your insurer or loss adjuster where you have asked us to deal with a claim. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within a reasonable period. Records of completed work are kept for the duration of the guarantee and any period required for tax and legal purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email us and we will deal with it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
